By downloading, purchasing or otherwise proliferating these images, express agreement to client usage terms is acknowledged. Client shall only use the digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s digital files, paid or complimentary, are for personal use only OR in accordance with an expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Photographer. If standard-resolution complimentary digital files are downloaded or otherwise shared, the Client shall not significantly edit any photographs, including cropping, removal or otherwise obscuring the Photographer’s watermark. Purchased high-resolution digital files may be cropped freely by the Client. Submitting to, or otherwise utilizing AI tools upon, any image, purchased or otherwise, is expressly prohibited. Digital files shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use without prior consent by Photographer, sub-licensed to others or reproduced in any way by parties other than the Photographer.

The associated photographers whose work is contained therein grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce Digital Images via print or other physical media only for non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, and personal, non-commercial web pages. Commercial-Use Clients shall only use the digital files in accordance with the terms contained in an expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Photographer prior to use.

Personal, Non-Commercial Usage permitted

• Display on personal websites, social networks and computers for enjoyment

• Making image prints or other physical media for personal use or gifts

Commercial Use

• Usage on any platform intended to promote a personal brand or other entity deemed to be using images in order to benefit financially, directly or otherwise, including personal websites or social media whose content does not fall under non-commercial use terms (including sponsorship pursuits or agreements)

• Usage in any way by a group, brand or organization’s accounts that represent more individuals than the original Client (including those the Client may administrate on the larger organization’s behalf)

• Using images to create any promotional material for personal marketing, even if the final product is free/complimentary in nature

• Other promotional content with express written permission and terms from the Photographer
